Worked, CD Key came near instantly, Happy Customer

Sure enough the game worked. The information about where you go in the registry to edit the files from Russian to English was a little bit off, but it wasn't that difficult. All in all I now have Battlefield 3 for my PC, and for $20 instead of some exorbitant price that EA would charge, which is always a ripoff. I just hope there isn't some patch some day that makes the game not work for English people using the Russian version, but if there is, hopefully CJs will fix it quickly.
