First of all the website was easy to use and find the parts I wanted, The ability to use paypal made payment easy (some sites still do not have this function and has in the past prevented me from using them) Within seconds of making my order an email was sent to confirm, and regular emails arrived to inform me of the state my order was in and when it was dispatched.
