n general I will say that the flight was Ok but if you need some information or to if something is not clear your company ask for payment. Yur telephone service is extreamly expensive and cannot do nothing more than telling you if what you want is possible or not but they cannot help you to do it, or it cost a lot.
You don't have an E-mail address to which the clients can send their questions or request. That is very poor.
I can see that you want to sell tickets but not to give the normal service that a client deservs. Still your company is selling service.
