I had a great experiance with Brilliance.com. From the first time I called to the moment I recieved my diamond Brilliance exceeded my expectation. In my first contact with brilliance I explained to one of the diamond specialis that I had encountered a very bad experiance with an on line retailer.( Novori ) If anyone has seen the capital one conercial with peggy answering the phone that the experiance i got. Not good!!! I was very pleased when the diamond specialist at Brilliance.com actually put me in contact with the owner of Brilliance.com. Not only that throughout the entire process Ther loss prevention department was in contact with me letting me know the status of my order. I have never made a purchase this large on the internet before, so I was a little apprehensive. As would most people, but i can reasure anyone what they say they have is what you get.
