I used Top Cashback for pet and home insurance. For the pet insurance I ended up threatening to publicise their shoddy practice before they finally paid out, and I'm about to start the same process for my house insurance.

If you have the time & energy to argue for your money this is the right place to come -frankly I think it's too much like hard work for an extra few quid
