First and foremost, Futonland really understands the importance of customer service. Initially my order was split between two different companies, but when Michelle at Futonland demonstrated such a high level of attention to detail, and the commitment to make sure I received what I needed and not what they wanted to sell, I canceled my order with the other company and placed the rest of my order with Futonland.
