This company has no time for the individual customer. You can book a flight at a time suitable for you, pay for it and then they change the time.
You can pay a premium for reserving seats, six months later you find they have sold the seats (at the premium) to someone else. Complain (and you have to to get a refund) and they will refund the premium as "a gesture of good will) never mind you didn't get the service you paid for.
Press them for an explanation and they say it's a "one off system error".
Six months later when it happens again, they say it's " a system error that extended" ?? We are not the only ones. It appears they double book and the first flier to check in gets the seat/s. You have to spend a long time on the 0844 number to complain. Or if you post a letter the response is a "no reply" email. They have it sewn up. .... You are just another number.
I have found this company to provide good quality items for very reasonable prices. Minor problems ( packaging damaged etc.) were sorted immediately.... the carriers have a lot to answer for...based on my experience, I have no problem recommending this company for garden enthusiasts.
