AWESOME!!!

WOW! I can't begin to explain what a positive experience we had with Brilliance. My fiance ordered my engagement diamond through Brilliance, and we were obviously a little nervous about ordering such an expensive item online.

The product: We ordered a cushion cut diamond and got an AMAZING price. Our jeweler back home was so impressed and couldn't believe what we'd paid for it. We searched several other sites (like Blue Nile) for products with similar specs and the prices just didn't even compare. I will never buy a diamond retail again.

The service: Again. AMAZING. We tried the Brilliance livechat service late one evening and realized it was well past business hours. I received an email regarding my inquiry very first thing the next morning. I literally received an email response from a Brilliance Rep within 15 minutes of sending a question. They reviewed my diamond and made sure there were no visible clarity issues before shipping.

One last thing: We bought a GIA certified diamond after researching some of the lax grading standards associated with EGL. Brilliance does mention this on their site, but you have to do some digging. I would recommend looking into it, before purchasing a diamond.
