Wonderful experience

I would rate Brilliance very highly not only for their pricing but also for the awesome customer service. First of all the sales consultant was very helpful in finding us the right diamond. The suggestions made were very helpful for a novice diamond buyer like myself.

We had a small issue with one of the setting diamonds falling off but Brilliance was very good in their response. They paid for us to Fedex the ring back to them and also fixed everyone and shipped it back to us at no extra charge.
