Brilliant company (old school service)

I wanted to have a slate sign for my house, typed into google and there was a page of company's to chose from. In the end I choose this one cos the price was good and the web sight was user friendly. But feel I hit the jackpot as this company has so much more to offer than you can get from the web sight.
First the sign was brilliant, well made well packaged and came with all the necessary fixings (Brass screws nice touch) but maybe all the others do the same ? But they are an old school company with old school values (the customer). I had made a spelling mistake and it was totally MY fault and they had cut the slate. but after a phone call (talking to people) they managed to come up with a solution that corrected MY mistake and it did not cost me any more. How amazing is that in this day and age.
If you are thinking of a sign please don't hesitate to use this company you will not be disappointed.
