Bravofly Easy Provider-EasyJet Worst Airline

Bravofly was easy to work with.The only thing I wish they could have
done is to convert the pounds to a US dollar value. On the other hand EasyJet was the most rudest and unhelpful customer service airline I have ever experienced. Their baggage limits and baggage weights were very unclear . I read their limits as 1 bag per person and 20 kg per bag or I would be charged for additional bags and weight.When I got to the checkin counter we-myself and my wife had 3 bags to check expecting to be charged for the extra bag .I was told by the counter person I was only allowed 40kg total regardless of how many bags I check.I was charged for the extra bag plus the additional weight over 40kg.I was then told to go to another line to pay the additional charges and then come back to show that I had paid these charges before we could finish checking in.I STATE THAT I WILL NEVER FLY EASYJET AGAIN BECAUSE OF THEIR RUDENESS AND UNFAIR PRACTICES!!!!
