Rude staff in Leyton Baker Arms Tesco

The man name is Mr Venon who is the duty manager. Even he can't understand what the customer service is , I do not know how he became as a duty manager, the rudest staff ,I 've ever seen. If Any chance to go to Leyton Baker Arms Tesco, Avoid him. Very rude.
