Rebtel

Cost, being high per minute for Rwanda calling.

I really enjoy using Rebtel, because it doesn't both me anymore going out to buy a calling card from stores, which are at times closed when I'd like to make a call.
And its also very convinient to use, without dialing area number, inserting pin and your destination phone number.
