I am very pleased to have worked with brilliance in choosing a diamond. The staff was very knowledgeable and thoroughly answered any questions or concerns that I had. The whole process was straight forward and was easy to search for a diamond to fit the specs I was looking for. The only part that I found difficult was once I found a stone it was often unavailable. Is there any way to better update availability online so the customer can know if a stone is spoken for nor not. Other than that everything I experienced on the site and dealing with its employees was top notch. I would certainly recommend your site as well as will continue to use in the future. Thank You.
