Price Match
Just be aware of the "so-called" price match. Even though I requested a price match within the stated 24hours of placing an order, referring to the named website it was not granted because the item was apparently "on special offer". I tried again quoting other websites whose selling prices were considerably lower with no mention of a special offer for the same car seat - I am still waiting for a reply! Total over cost £13.

We do have Terms and Conditions that we have to adhere to when considering requests, these T&Cs are available to view by all customers before entering a price match request. I have looked into your outstanding price match request and I can see that this is in the process of being looked at.
