Booking was eazy breazy, spoke to super helpful customer service agent who booked the reservation and confirmed with an email. the rental location was convenient to our hotel. The front counter staff spoke english and took the time to explain the details, all of which were disclosed to me when i spoke to the friendly customer service agent. Drop off was the same way, they explained how they canceled the deposit charged to the credit card, considering the receipts are in dutch. Very good car, for our purposes of travel. I would definitely book with this company again.
