AWESOME!

Like most people should be, i was skeptical about how nice a ring i would get online at such a low cost compared to the local stores i looked at. I needed to purchase a ring quickly and i found a stone and a setting that i thought would be OK at best (i later had to change the setting, but the process was painless).

When i received the ring i was astounded by this wonderful beautiful ring that i recieved. I am amazed by the size, cut, and clarity of this ring and how accurate the description matched the certificate. It was flawless and and breathtaking and at half or a third the price of what i would have paid at a conventional store. Two other factors that really influenced my decision was that Brilliance offered the size that i needed (size 3.0 band) and the fact that they offered a palladium setting, which in my opinion, should be the ideal metal band to use. But the best part of the whole process is the the customer service, which was friendly, helpful and just a pleasure to talk to. I wish i could buy them all beers! Thank you for such wonderful ring and doing a great job with the new setting. She says "wow" everytime she looks at her new ring and just loves staring at it. Brilliance is simply the best and i will trust them for all my future purchases.
