Excellent - Prachi You are a star!

I would like to say that this is a great company who have very good customer service.

I had a few problems due to their suppliers. My product was delivered a little later than expected, which was frustrating.

However, I was contacted by Prachi who apologised on behalf of their supplier and sorted things out with the utmost professionalism.

I am very impressed and would not like to do her job!

I will buy again from this company!

Thank you for your feedback, I sincerely apologize as you did not receive the item on the date specified.

We have contacted our suppliers and I have left you a voicemail message in regards to delivery. I will try to contact you later today to resolve this matter for you.

In relation to your concern with the phone charges you would need to speak to your phone provider as our calls are certainly not charged at anything like £3 per minute.
