I looked at your support request and I could see you received an answer from us however the answer was not satisfactory to you. And our agents could not understand as under the e-ticket numbers you have your e-ticket details.
I also was thinking "what's the problem" when checking this up.
I guess you where expecting individual e-ticket receipts for each person, But this is not needed for traveling. In fact all you need is your passport to be able to check in.

One paper for all travelers together is enough.

We have however taken this up some days ago and will in our next update implement this:
1. Each person can, when clicking on the e-ticket number, get her/his personalized e-ticket copy.
2. We will put a clickable link: print e-ticket or store e-ticket as PDF file on your computer.

That way I hope misunderstandings like this can be avoided.

I apologize that our agents this not understand your second question correctly and did not know what to answer. You should have had an answer eventhough they did no know what you meant.

I am sorry for this and instruction have been given out that this will not be repeated.
