A great experience!

Brilliance.com is a fantastic company! In the process of shopping for an engagement ring, I was fortunate to run into their website. The prices were too good to be true, especially when compared to other retailers online. Nonetheless, I soldiered on and decided to purchase my diamond and setting through them.
After selecting my first diamond, I was told that it was no longer available. Disappointed I went back to their website to search for other options, but their customer service representation quickly sent me other options. Knowing nothing about diamonds, I asked her a number of questions about the different options and choices available, and she was able to answer all of them and help choose my diamond.
Upon receiving my ring and proposing, my fiancée was not satisfied with the diamond, so I called Brilliance and requested to send the ring back and get the diamond replaced. They gave me no problems and complied with my request. To add another element to the equation, I requested that I had to get the ring back in a week's time. Once again, the folks at Brilliance said they would try their best and they helped me choose another diamond was was better suited to my fiancée's requests.
All in all, in the span of 4-5 weeks I received one ring, sent it back, and received another. While the choice to spend thousands with a virtual retailer might seem daunting and unsettling at first, my experience with Brilliance was a pleasant one and proved to be hassle free. I was able to acquire a better diamond online than I would other wise at a traditional retailer and for a significantly better price. Additionally, they provide better value than other retailers online (some of which I have had colleagues use and regret not going with Brilliance).
Lastly, the customer service at this company is phenomenal. I was always able to reach someone on the phone and emails were answered quite promptly. Additionally, when I requested pictures of the diamond, I was provided with them.
All in all, a fantastic experience and I highly recommend them!
