Wrong items received and not all items received

I received my order from ParasolsWorld part of Worldstores on the date specified but instead of Cream colour I got Red as well as not receiving the parasol bases rendering then useless even if I did get the right colour.

I have sent an enquiry to the store and hoping they help solve my issue ASAP as we have an event on this coming sunday and I need them urgently.

Update to follow, hope I can improve their score as mistakes do happen its about how well they get resolved.
