Nice!!!

I was a total novice. I studied on line quite a bit and then shopped at some retail stores. I decided what quality I needed and what I thought I could afford and was ready to buy when I found Brilliance by accident doing an on line search. I contacted Rachel about one of their diamonds and after describing my setting she asked if she could search for something she though would work much better for me. She found a diamond that she was very excited about but as it was diffrent than the numbers I had been looking at I was not so sure. I used my new found internet education to try and explain her mistakes and help her :) Rachel was great. She listened to my concerns assured me that she could get the exact diamond I was discribing for a better price but still advised that another choice might work better for me. She then helped me see how and why she had come up with the stone she had. Wow, I am so glad she took the time with me. I got a stone that looks great, was larger than the one I wanted, and still beat my price point. Thanks Brilliance and a huge thanks to Rachel!!
