Brilliance.com restored my trust in online gem shopping

I am so grateful for the day I decided to call Brilliance.com. Prior to that I had been knocked around by a few online sellers who didn't care and tried to push off garbage thinking I would never check it out.

That is not what I found in dealing with Jonathon and Evan and even Simon who took such wonderful care of me at Brillance.

This is an exceptional company where everyone got involved. Not only did they care what I wanted, they went to every length to make my wishes come true.
The appraisals I had gotten of their jewelry was valued even higher than they had represented it as. What a wonderful surprise.
I now have the most beautiful pieces of jewelry I have ever owned in my life, an investment in every respect. These are people with values like integrity who really care about the end result...complete customer satisfaction!
I look forward to buying from them again not only because I really like them, but because they are Excellent at what they do.
