Recommend Mazuma

Before sending old phone to Mazuma I used another phone recycling company they offered me £43.00. When they received my phone I got an e-mail from them saying their was a fault with key pad & they reduced offer to £27.00. I replied that when phone left me it was in perfect working order & in good condition. I requested the phone be returned to me. I sent phone to Mazuma & their was absolutely no problem at all. They offered me a higher price which was'nt reduced, so assume phone was in good order, payment was prompt very happy with service. Think folks need to be careful not to accept the first offer & if you think your getting ripped off request phone back & go with Mazuma!
