I ordered a new phone (and contract) from Vodafone on Wednesday and paid for next day delivery for my new phone. I was put onto my new tariff and my old contract cancelled (along with all my Blackberry services - email, apps, internet, etc.)
All was looking good when Thursday morning I got a text saying my parcel was going to be delivered between 8am and 6pm.
That was the last I heard from DPD and 2 days on, I still have no phone, and no communication to tell me otherwise. Tracking the parcel shows it reached the sorting centre at 00.34 Thurs am, and hasn't budged since.
I've emailed the address given on these forums, and had no reply.
I'm worried that DPD will try and deliver my parcel over the weekend (I was having it delivered to my office) and will then charge me for the redelivery costs.
Worst next-day delivery I've experienced :(.

I apologise for your experience with us, but I just checked the system and it says that your parcel was delivered and signed for, so hopefully you have your phone now? If not, send an email to the socialmedia@dpd.co.uk address and I will make sure it is seen to in good time.
Thanks, Richard.
