Bought an iPad 3 on 30th July after doing some research online and found Simply Electronics were the cheapest. A week passed and my item still hadn't passed the 'Order Handling' stage, so contacted Customer Services three times; Once to try and change the delivery address, second for an update on my order and thirdly asking to cancel my order.
They state in the automatic response that they respond by the next working day, but still a week later from my first email I had not received a response which my suspicions started.
I searched for some reviews of the site and found many people are having the same problem with Simply Electronics with poor customer services and delivery problems. So asked to cancel. I did eventually get a response from them saying they would like to give me a free gift and express delivery if I decided not to cancel. I emailed back saying I still wanted to cancel but had no response.
Though, From looking through some other reviews, some people had some luck speaking to KwikChex which have verified Simply Electronics. So I emailed them as a last attempt in trying to get my money back from them and after an hour emailing them, had already got a response from them saying that they would take up my case with Simple Electronics. And within a week, the money had gone into my bank account which gave me much relief as I wanted to try and avoid going through my Credit Card company to get my money back!
So if any one else is having problems in getting their money back, email KwikChex! I have no faith in Simply Electronics now, and will NEVER use them again!
