DREADFUL!!!!!!!

I had high hopes for this website, is has amazing products and it's simple layout it very appealing. However I ordered 4 products be Redken and paid for express shipping for them to get here quicker, but no, they did not arrive here quicker. I waited a week as things take that extra bit longer to get to Ireland but they still hadn't arrived. Express shipping claim to have it here with 5-7 days but that was not the case in my experience. So after I decided I had waited long enough I contacted their customer services and may I just say I am appalled by their lack of interest in my late order. I was merely refunded my extra shipping costs of 2.49 I think and told because Ireland has no postcode this country is seen as international and things take longer to get here. I enquired many time to ask them if they locate my order and no the couldn't because it was not sent with a traceable postal service!! I was told I then would have to wait until the 21st of August to contact them again about my order which I was absolutely furious about. Eventually I received my order and I informed the customer services representative Sophie Lowe that I had received my order and I didn't even get a response. I will never ever buy anything off this website ever again I had the worst experience of my life with these people and I will not recommend this website to anyone.

THE BEST CLOTHING WEBSITE EVER!

I love Yesstyle! I live in Ireland and I can never find any clothes I like or would ever wear so I'm usually stuck with jeans and a tshirt or something of the sort, until I found Yesstyle. The clothes on this website are adorable fashionable and unique. I found loads of dresses shorts skirts jumpers etc. that I would love to wear and even though I have one bought one item from Yesstyle I will be purchasing alot more in coming weeks. They are very fast with their express shipping I have never had anything arrive as quickly and I always shop online. I ordered a knit dress on Tuesday and it arrived today! For me this is amazing!! As I ordered products from feel unique and it took three weeks for them to get here! I will never order or buy clothes from anywhere ever again except from Yesstyle! So delighted with this wesbite!
