I have never felt the need to review a Company before, but I am so annoyed at the service I have received from this Company I have decided to submit one this time.
I ordered a patio heater for a large family BBQ over a month ago from this company because it stated next day or 3 day delivery. I phoned and arranged delivery for a day I could be home but the first part was delivered the day before! The second part has not arrived yet. I have made numerous phone calls to their customer service people (at least 6) and have been told on each occasion that it was now on its way. So its obvious to me that the second package had never been sent on the three occasions that they said it had. I have waited in for around 6 days now.
I called again yesterday and was told the problem was confusion between them and their warehouse! (by the way each call takes me about 10 mins to get through at my cost). Each time I have had to speak to different people who have not got a clue about past conversations! I have been passed from pillar to post. Yesterday I was asked which part I needed so they could arrange to send the right part! It's obvious that they had not sent anything out the last three times that they said that they had.
Yesterday they agreed to courier the second package to me today. I asked Georgia three times are you certain to deliver tomorrow because I will be away after that. Each time she assured me it will come. I have now submitted a formal complaint. And am staying home today to receive the package - I await with absolutely no confidence that this last delivery date will be honoured. I will provide an update on my complaint and this

The good news is that it turned up today as finally promised and the heater is of a good quality. Thanks Georgia for finally taking ownership and delivering.
