Impossible to get out of Marseille without detailed instructions.

Our rental with Auto Europe went very well. We picked up the car in Marseille near the train station and then headed back to our hotel. It took forever to negotiate all the one way streets and construction and arrived nearly 2 hours later. Once out of Marseille it was a breeze to drive the coast of France heading into Italy.

We enjoyed stays in Genoa, Pizza, Florence and Venice for our use of the car. The car was clean and worked to perfection, even had good gas mileage.

Definitely I would do this again.
