Excellent customer service

I've been seriously impressed with PreciousLittleOne from start to finish. First up they were one of the very few places that stocked what I was looking for. Ordering online was easy, postage was free, and delivery was super quick (and I was notified in advance when our order was despatched, with a delivery date). But most impressive was their customer service - we failed to arrange re-delivery of our order (we were out when it came) so it was returned to PreciousLittleOne. I sent them an email, received an immediate reply, and they got it straight back out to us with only a minimal postage charge despite the error being completely our fault. I'm impressed and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
