I love LOVE TopShop. I am always checking their site drooling over so many pieces. I am always saying to myself "want that..oohhh thats so nice...want that!!" Unfortunately I cannot have it all but the things I have ended up buying always been great quality and really quirky pieces.
The only problem I find with TopShop is that most times despatch times are a bit long. My most recent order took 5 days to be despatched, and I do understand they are a big company but yeah paying 9pounds for delivery to Australia and waiting 5 days for it to leave the warehouse. That being said...they are unique one of a kind and can do that if they want..they are topshop! Well I know Ill keep buying!! :)

I don't love ModCloth but I don't hate it either.
I found shipping was quite reasonable.
The quality of the clothes were okay.
Pricing of the actual clothes were a bit steep as sometimes you find the exact same things on similar websites at half the price.
If you are a vintage lover. Sure there are great one offs for those who can't be bothered or hate vintage shopping. The prices seem alright probably the same amount they would fetch on eBay.

I haven't bought from MissSelfridge for a while now.. whenever I have purchased from them they always seem to deliver in a timely manner. I found quality to be quite lovely.
the only problem I find is when I am browsing their site for a shopping fix I never find anything that makes me say I NEED THAT NOW!!!! Whichis why I haven't bought anything in a while.
But that might be to do with my personal taste.
I've made a few purchases from Missguided. I haven't been disappointed actually quite pleased. I found postage at 15.99 pounds to australia quite steep but I think they have recentely lowered it which is nice.
The jeans I purchased (cross print and striped) were of okay quality. The jean material is quite thin and stretch (and to be honest I love it alot...as it stretches to your body. The only problem I had was a bit of the white on the cross had started to peel a little bit but oh well. They always send their parcels here quickly and have never had any reason to contact their customer service so I can't tell you about that.
I will definitely make future purchases from them but only if they are quite cheap because I've heard bad stuff about quality and I've seen some items on the site that definitely don't look like they are worth that much.
All in all. The pieces are super trendy and I always find myself drooling over them and wanting to wear them. Quality is okay, wouldn't pay too much for items definitely not over 20poundsx

The variety still blows my mind! Of course quality is depending on the brand that you buy from but I have never had any issues except for sizing difference. So it helps if you know the brand and what kind of sizing guide they have.
A while ago I did have to return a pair of jeans as they sent me the wrong size. The returns (before their AU returns) I had to send it back to the UK. They refunded the full cost of postage and the full amount for the jeans within a matter of days recieving the parcel. Super happy there were no problems at all. I always go to ASOS when I need a fashion fix. Always something on sale.
Oh and they send out sooo quick!!!! :) No complaints here!
I am a fan of new look. I always find the prices are amazing and the quality is always a surprise for the price. A top for 11.99pounds will have the nicest fabric. Shipping is great too. Always surprised when it shows up at my door quicker then expected. I also purchase clothing for my mum from the Inspire range as its always hard to find nice clothes in Au for her. She loves them and is always happy with whatever she choses. the tops are always lovely fabric and the jeans she bought (on sale too) she wears them SOOOO much!! New look also have amazing customer service. I have never had an ignored email from them ever and are always happy to help you in anyway. I did recieve a top from them that had a small fault and I emailed them to let them know (wasn't looking to get my money back as it was very cheap and too expensive for me to return back to UK from AU) they asked that I send them pictures of the fault and they happily refunded me the cost of the top which pleased me. Love New Look haven't had a bad experience yet and would reccomend them to anyone!! :) p.s I am a huge online shopper too!
For such a long time I would always check out the NastyGal website, looking at the items adding to my wantlist but never buying but one day while browsing I came across this jacket and decided to buy it. I chose the cheapest shipping rate $15 to Australia and the jacket arrived in less than 10 days. It was a UNIF jacket so I had no doubt the quality would be amazing, they always reply friendly and fast on their facebook page. I have ordered a second item and the dispatch was very fast. I am already planning my 3rd purchase. Maybe it was a first time fluke but I am in love with the website!! :)
I purchased two faux leather studded jackets on Boohoo. the pictures the quality looked amazing....they were $100AU each and I did manage to score codes online and got $20 and $15 off each jacket. They came down to $80 and $85. That is alot of money for me and I wish I hadn't made the purchase. The first jacket I recieved I noticed the fabric was incredibly poor fabric. The faux leather wasn't very nice to touch and the studs were sewn on. That disappointed me the most because a few of the studs were already coming lose and had turned around. The description said machine washable also and I highly doubt it would be. The second jacket I recieved had the same issue. Sure the pictures looked amazing but the studs were sewn on so poorly I didn't even both trying the jacket on. Put it back in its package and sent it away for a refund. I had contacted them via their facebook page as I NEVER get any replies from them on their email :( (BOOHOO :( and they said they would refund the postage costs as they now have a returns warehouse in SA for all the Australian buyers. I sent the jackets back express registered plaitnum post nearly 2 weeks ago. They were collected by boohoo from the post office 2 days after delivery but I have not yet heard a word about my jackets. I have to wait up to 21 days for a refund. But to not know they have received my jackets and not sure if they will refund postage costs is bad. That is over 200$ that boohoo owe me now. I sent them receipts and proof of postage and nothing. I used to like this company but after this horrid experience I will never purchase anything from them again. Horrible quality bad customer service never replies to emails. They are fine if you dont have any issues but if you do the only way to get a response is to go on their facebook page. And still then I hardly find I am happy with their response. Only spend what you are willing to lose.
