I was very skeptical about buying a diamond online, but I took a risk anyway. I found a fantastic diamond at an awesome price, but then I had to pull the trigger. Once I did, the experience was even better. I was put in touch with a customer representative who was very personable and helpful. There was an issue with my shipping address and she promptly contacted me to rectify the situation. The stone arrived in one day in a very discrete package. Since then, my customer rep has continued to follow up with me to ensure my satisfaction. Awesome!
