I love this company!!!
~ When I first ordered my Save the Dates I had made a huge mistake on them, but I didn't notice till 2 days later. I called them in a panic - a real person answered the phone, took my information, and had the production design manager Julie personally called me back within 2 hours. She halted the production of my stuff, fixed it, and I still got it within the specified time frame! Fantastic customer service.
~The product itself is great. Color wise it is exactly what you see on your computer screen, and the card-stock is sturdy, high-quality.
~Once you are on their e-mail list they send out lots of coupons. Just plan on ordering way ahead of time and that way you can wait for a coupon to come. (I had a deadline so didn't have any coupons to use and then 2 days after I had ordered a 20% off coupon came in the mail) GRRR.
But I really love these guys and will order everything from them.
