Web Site and Customer Service are really BAD.

Ordered a phone, something went wrong, got a message that I'll be charged $1300 for 2 phones. Looked for edit/cancel order: you CANNOT do it on web site, have to call them next day after 11am.
Good luck reaching their customer service, I spent 50 minutes next day trying to call them, no reply, they just dump their ads into your ears. Chat said send an e-mail, I've already sent last night. Happily for me, the order was canceled as 'out of stock', regardless of the IN STOCK mark on the product. Will never return to this site.
Order # 135586. After my complaint they instantly removed my account on their web site, regardless of the e-mail confirmation with psw, so now I cannot review/comment there.
