Cannot reccomend highly enough

I came across Charterhouse when looking to buy a bigger aquarium, and emailed several aquatics experts for advice on what to get. The advice was sound, well researched and customer focused. As well as being very speedy at replying!
Following a lot of research I settled on my desired aquarium which wasn't on their website. After how amazing they had been with their advice, despite the fact I hadn't yet purchased anything, I emailed asking if there was anyway I could purchase from them. I received a reply saying that the products were now listed on the website and that I could order them as normal.
Since then the customer service has remained absoutely amazing. I previously went to a high street retailer who gave horrific advice that lead to most of my fish dying and would now never go anywhere else apart from Charterhouse. They're also very reasonably priced and more than approachable.
5 stars doesn't even begin to cover how good they are.
