I ordered Rx Sunglasses from this company on 11-06-12. I paid extra for express shipping because I wanted them for a vacation I was leaving for on 11-15-12. At the time I didn't know the glasses were coming from overseas. On 11-14-12, I received notice that my lenses had been destroyed in production and they would have to be remade. On 11-28-12, I received an email asked how I liked my glasses and for comment ....I hadn't received them. I notified them that day as such. On 12-4-12, I received an email to say that they had been delivered. I then received another email saying they had been sent back. This began a long series of back and forth emails with me trying to figure out HOW they had been shipped as it matters where I live. There was obviously a language barrier and I had to repeat information in several emails. At this point I was doubting I would ever see my glasses and if so would be out $105.00. I was told I would have to repay the EXPRESS shipping charge to have the glasses resent. I was thinking I would probably just be throwing more money away at this point so I started to look into other avenues to stop payment. I also complained enough to the service rep at Firmoo that they finally agreed to resend them at THEIR expense. Low and behold they finally showed up on 12-15-12!
They are fairly decent. The Rx is good and though there are some issues with the lenses not coming quite to the edge of the frames, it's not a visible thing and I'm ready to move on. Would I recommend them to anyone. NO! I do give them points for at least working through the issue and in the end the glasses were decent.
