Dixons, a waste of time !
I also made a purchase on their site only to be informed that they were out of stock. So they have my money, its 9 days later, and they have made no attempt to contact me. I have now cancelled the order, but i have only received an automated reply saying they will be in-touch with me shortly (sounds familiar!) I will never use them again! Looks like i am just easing their cash flow!

Very quick service, prepaid envelope arrived the next day, and the money was credited to my account, the day after my old phone arrived with them! Excellent!
