Shocking for companies

I am having a terrible experience with Trustpilot at the moment. Customer service takes days - unless you are a paid customer. People can leave negative reviews and providing they have an order number (regardless if the order was cancelled or not) they are happy to publish it.

Not only are they much more expensive then other rival companies they simply do not have the features to match up to them either.

I am willing to update my review if things progress, however at the moment I have such a poor opinion of their customer service.
