super-fast delivery
The spare part I ordered arrived after an incredible two working days! I would have given five stars if they had sent an email letting me know it had been despatched. Communication with customers could be better, but with this level of service and good prices there is little to complain about. Highly recommended.

superb service
Apart from the immense range of wines they offer, their service is second to none. Wines nearly always arrive earlier than you expect and they are very good at suggesting wines that they think you would like. I usually buy online but if I need to speak to them, their staff are unfailingly helpful and efficient.
