Simply Scuba
Simply marvellous
Quality products, great prices, quality courier, rapid delivery. Corrective lenses fitted to my mask at no extra cost with originals neatly replaced in the boxes. Forgot to mention about the lenses on my order so sent an e-mail late that evening requesting they be fitted. Whole order was despatched next morning but not before I'd had a response confirming the lenses would be fitted. Courier has on-line tracking and even gave a 1 hour time slot for delivery. Outstanding.

Base Unit
Ordered a base unit direct from HP (p6598uk) middle of 2010. Listed as a limited edition so wasn't sure if it would be in stock. Despite quoting a couple of weeks delivery the unit turned up within the week. Worked straight out of the box and networked at first go to my BT homehub (now that's not always the case) and a new NEC monitor. Included software has proved useful and quick (again not an everyday tale). Plenty of connectivity options, almost silent running and quick start up with Windows 7. Only minor complaint, on delivery there were no instructions in the box, so some people might struggle to connect it up. I did take a few moments to summon up the courage to connect it up. But the system is clearly quite intuitive with the exception of the realtek sound processor that takes a bit of figuring out to get it to default to your chosen listening method. Perhaps wouldn't have been an issue if I'd bought an HP monitor.
Still everything else works well. Would recommend HP generally (also have an older printer of theirs - much cheaper to run than previous epson and better quality to boot)

Trustworthy and reliable
Always efficient and reliable. I have had 5 orders with this company going back about three years. Only on one occasion have I had any problem. They had forgotten to pack a tripod I had ordered with several other items. One quick call to a friendly support guy and the missing tripod was on its way, with an apology for the inconvenience. Given that it arrived only two days after the original package (4 days after order) I can't say it was much of an issue to me, but still the firm treated it seriously and quickly corrected its oversight.

Hifiheadphones
Exceptional company
The company provides a bewildering range of headphones but has filters and provides detailed information to help you make the right choice. I ordered after 8pm on thursday. My postie delivered them at 11.10am today (saturday). That means a) the phones were actually in stock, b) the company processed my order promptly and efficiently and c) they offer only reliable carriers.
The headphones (AudioTechnica ATH-AD700- which after only one hour of listening I'm happy to confirm are properly under the 'audiophile' filter) were well packaged and protected and the box included a few nice extra touches. I won't say what, you'll have to place an order yourself and find out. But I had an extra little grin on my face that hasn't worn off yet.
I have seen cheaper prices, but not by much, and none of them provide the same range, information and quality of service from selection to delivery. The range of contact options provided give me little cause to doubt that any required after sales support will be there if I need it.
If you want a quality experience and excellent value for money then you really need to use hifiheadphones.
