Never Disappointed

Always a first class service from KLM. I have used them over the last 10 years and they have always gone above and beyond.

Last flight to SA had a disaster with the entertainment system on my monitor but the crew were attentive and done all they could do. Even though the issue could not be fixed, the crew kept me entertained throughout the flight.
