Bad service

Saturday 26 February 2011 15:15 Sheffield, Booked tickets online to watch Big Momma's House, i was hoping to pick my tickets up at self service machines at the cineworld sheffield centertainment,the ticket machines were all out of order, went to join a very long queue which meant our movie was started before it we were served, i was told at the counter the system cant find my booking because the movie i booked for has already stated so they have to book me on the next viewing which is about 2 anf a half hours later. My cinema experience was ruined and i ended up spending more money on my three children while they wait impatiently for the next viewing, to make maters worse, the staff treated me with disrespect.
