Customer service? what's that? <--- AVOID SBG at all costs!

I bought some Serengeti sunglasses on Feb 14th, they sent ones that were not polarised (contrary to item description) it took almost 3 weeks to get the glasses, then another week to respond to my email, today is April 1st and the original pair were sent back on March 22nd, I had to pay extra for the ones I should have received in the first place and after being fobbed off to everyone in the office I still have no sunglasses and no tracking order (even though they promised to send me one).
I've asked twice to have a manager contact me, they haven't contacted me yet, I'm being fobbed off hoping I'll just leave.
THIS COMPANY IS TRULY ONE OF THE WORST TO DEAL WITH, NOBODY COULD CARE LESS AFTER YOU'VE PAID.
1. False advertising - said Polarised, they aren't
2. Super slow delivery that cost $19.95
3. Unhelpful staff, who couldn't give a rats about service
4. Super slow to respond to emails, unless it's to pay them money
5. Sheer incompetence on many levels
6. I have doubts about the 'genuine' Serengeti sunglasses, I could not find SBG as an authorised reseller on ANY Serengeti document.

If you choose to buy from them...BUYER BEWARE
