Play.com

Almost perfect but not quite

Play.com are a great site for buying films, cds, games and some other bits and bobs too. Their prices are quite often some of the best around and their service has always been great.

The site itself is nice enough to use but the tools for filtering search results aren't as good as some other retailers, although they do seem to be improving.

I've never had any problems when using play.com but my one complaint would be their delivery options. While it's nice to have free delivery sometimes I would rather pay and get next day or something like that if i want the item quickly.

Ebuyer.com

Great Service - Love Them

I've used Ebuyer many, many times and they've always been fantastic. Their prices are always very competitive and you can usually get next day delivery even if you order in the late evening.

Their range of products is great and their site is nice to use, there really isn't much you can complain about. I'd happily recommend them to absolutely anyone.

TopCashBack

Free money, what's to complain about?

I've used TopCashBack for a while now, they've always tracked and paid my transactions properly and even if they didn't it's money for nothing anyway so anyone complaining is just one of those types of people who like to make a fuss over nothing.

Some sites like play.com only get you a few pounds cashback but I recently bought a new laptop and got just under £100 so I was very pleased with that.

Argos

Never had any problems

I've bought hundreds of things from Argos and never had any problems with them really. I did buy a usb wifi stick once which didn't work but they swapped it without any fuss and the new one was fine.

Argos aren't always the cheapest place but they've always got some good deals and they have plenty of things in stock.

I wouldn't use Argos every time without checking somewhere else but I'm always happy to buy from them.

Compareandrecycle

Saved my a lot of time

I had two phones that I needed to get rid of and a friend recommended using a mobile recycler. When I did a search for mobile recycling compareandrecycle.co.uk came up and I searched for my samsung tocco lite and blackberry curve on there.

I looked on the forum on there and saw two of the highest payers were bad companies so I went with a lower paying company but they gave me good service. I tried finding prices on a couple of phone recycling sites and searching for my phone over and over took a while so using this site saved me a lot of time.

The site didn't look as flashy as some others i saw but I did find it easy to use so I can't complain too much about that.
