Failed to deliver on date promised, but very apologetic and re-arranged mutually agreeable alternative date.
Would have no problems with ordering from them again.
I ordered the above product from Purelygadgets.
The website said there was 30 in stock.
I waited three days and the status on the order still said 'processing'
My credit card had been debited
I contacted the company to find out when the item would be delivered and was advised it was out of stock.
I have contacted the company, cancelled my order and requested a refund.
Only good point is that they do respond to e-mails.
Suggest you confirm that stock exists before ordering.
