Customer chose the Free Delivery option so we paid for delivery to her. We refunded her all the money she paid us. We did not pay her return postage cost as we believe the images were a fair representation of the product in question and we don't think it is likely that we can usefully improve on this product image.

We always try very hard to ensure that images of are accurate, but different computers and monitor settings make this impossible to achieve for all customers. This is made clear on our terms and conditions.

We very much regret that this customer was dissatisfied but our own margins are too narrow to be allow us to pay for customers' return postage (unless of course the product is faulty or misrepresented).
