Great service & price
Ordered a new hard drive recorder and skype camera at a great price. It arrived very quickly and I was impressed to get a follow up phonecall from Multizone checking that we were happy with our purchase - I'm not sure I've ever had a follow up call with an internet purchase. I'll definitely recommend Multizone to my friends.

Terrible service - would never use again
I ordered 2 shower trays and wastes on 22 April and received an email saying they would be delivered 6 May - a bit longer than I'd have liked but price was good. On 6 May no sign of delivery so I called Plumb Nation. Not only were they not delivering, they didn't even have the wastes in stock and had no idea when they would be getting them. I said I'd like the shower trays anyway but now they won't get them to me until 10 May and they still have no idea when they'll get the wastes. Completely unacceptable to lie to customers that you've got the items ready for delivery when they're not even in stock. Prices might be good but if they completely derail the schedule on your building project by failing to deliver then what's the point in buying from them.
