I ordered a part that was reported as in stock so I ordered the part only to be sent an email informing me the parts where out of stock.
4 weeks later the parts still have not arrived.
called the customer services and after a long wait (over 10 mins) I talked to James who informed me that the item must be lost and ordered another part and told me it would be another 2 weeks (6 weeks in total)
