Excellent communication & returns
Particularly impressed with e-outdoor's communication when I bought a Mountain Equipment jacket. They emailed at each stage of my order to keep me informed about when they had processed it, dispatched it, when I could expect it to arrive, and even after I'd received and signed for it, confirming that I had!
Unfortunately I needed to send it back, as I had bought it to replace a jacket I thought I'd left on a train, but this has since turned up. The returns process is great, very easy to do, and the day after I sent it back I had an email confirming I had been refunded. Top quality service and will use again without a doubt for any future outdoor gear purchases.

Fantastic service, recommended.
Fully recommend PC specialist. They are far cheaper than equivalent spec branded computers, and the components used are all very good quality. They provide regular emails informing you what stage your order is at, and you can follow the building and testing process on the website. Great service, and beats PC World or any of the other high street retailers any time for quality of service and value for money.
