World of Solar
Excellent quality & delivery before expected
Really easy transaction from start to finish. The website is really well laid out and easy to navigate. I was surprised at the amount of quirky, interesting products that can be solar powered nowadays. The checkout process is only a single page which makes it easy for non savvy internet users like me. I paid for standard delivery but on this occasion it came earlier than expected. Keep up the good work guys!
Waltons Garden Buildings
Service confusing but product ok
I ordered through Waltons but as I contacted them confirm they received my order they couldnt seem to locate it. During my next call a few days after placing the order I was passed to what I through was dispatch but was actually the seller and initially they didnt seem to have my order. Eventually they found my order and aranged a delivery date. It wasnt clear at the time of placing my order that two companies would be involved in processing my order which I thought having two seperate systems delayed the processing of my order and left me feeling a bit cheated. However the delivery was excellant with the driver calling in advance. The Shed I bought was also of good quality and as described.
